"The best of my memories are from school. The fun we had, the trouble we got into, the friends we made, I won't lie and say I loved every minute of it, but I did love it for the most part. All the troubles, fights- that seem too petty now- aside, my
favourite memory from school is the time I spoke on stage for the first time. I don't even know if I had stage fright before that day because I had never even considered getting on stage until then. But on the day of the
farewell they just announced my name and I had no choice but to do it. Luckily for me though, I was asked to speak about what I felt about the school and our teachers. And when I got on stage, the words just kept flowing because I was genuinely fond of both the school and my teachers and everything they've done for us. It felt so liberating to go up there and speak my mind and it felt a lot more amazing when I was told how much everybody I know enjoyed it. I haven't had a lot of opportunities in Junior College, but I'm looking forward to trying my hand at public speaking in college."
