"Yes, I am dressed a little different for a cattle herder, but we dress like this only in the city. Most of my relatives who are in villages wear the conventional attire you associate with us. Owning and managing a business with cattle, is almost a family tradition, being passed on for many generations. It is said that Lord Krishna also represents our caste. So, for us it is both religion and way of life. I am proud to say that even today most of us still make a living out of selling milk and other cattle products. I am equally proud of a few of my cousins who made their name in other fields like cricket and politics. The best thing about my business, is I don’t have to report to anyone or slog in an office at odd hours. I spend about a few hours in the morning and evening and I am all done for the day. I am content with what I earn and while away my leisure time. No... I don’t play the flute like Lord Krishna, but I do enjoy music and even play it to my herd." #Hyderabad #HumansOfHyderabad
