In the last 20 years, we’ve had customers as young as seven who are now all grown up, yet come here to buy their books. Some of them still opt for the children’s section because that’s how much they love the range of authors we sell. When we started off, Harry Potter and Enid Blyton’s Famous Five were the best-selling books among youngsters. But today’s kids are more into fantasy and biographies. What really makes me happy is that people are still reading. Books are still man’s best friend. Nothing can change that! ”
