“My name is Pavan. I came to Hyderabad about 5–6 years ago from Nagarkurnool district.
Back home, we are a farming family. We grow rice, groundnut, and jowar. That life teaches you patience. But coming to the city teaches you responsibility. The hardest part is staying away from family. You feel it the most on quiet nights.
Today, I’m pursuing Hotel Management, and I’m also a professional chef. During my training, I got the opportunity to go to Mauritius, where I worked across different departments in a hotel. That experience showed me how the entire industry works and gave me confidence in my path.
To support myself, I drive an auto part-time. I manage my college and hostel fees on my own. Some days are tough, especially with issues like gas availability, but I’ve learned to adjust and keep going.
Hyderabad has become my second home. Every ride brings a new story. Every passenger teaches me something. At night, when I drive through the tech hubs, the hustle and bustle of city life and the vibe give me a different kind of motivation. This city feels inclusive. It supports people from all walks of life if they are willing to work.
I also carry responsibility. My younger sister and my family depend on me. That keeps me focused.
I admire Pawan Kalyan garu for his thoughts on humanity and service. I believe patience and helping others matter in any field.
Life has taught me to understand my situation clearly and stay focused. Keep learning, keep exploring, and adapt to change. Perspective matters.
For me, success is not just about where you reach. It is about how you keep moving forward, no matter where you start.”
