“Ten years back, I lost my fingers in a freak accident, when I was operating my sugar cane machine. I got over it soon and continued to sell sugar cane juice from the machine. This is my only source of livelihood and my family depends on it.

I had to change the location twice in the last two years due to metro construction. But my business was good with all the workers visiting my stall regularly. Now there is a metro station in operation here, so I have to work extra hours till late night, to catch the commuters’ crowd. And, on most days, I manage just fine.”
