“In a way, I can be considered as an electronic doctor as I have revived many damaged cell phones. I have been into selling and repairing mobile accessories for the past 6 years.
Even as a child, I was fascinated with the latest mobile phones in the market. So, whenever I had time, I would go to the mobile shops near the Jagdish market and that’s where I had learnt the nuances of the business.
I had to discontinue my formal education after Class 10 due to a personal tragedy in life. I was a 14-year-old boy back then and when I returned home, I learnt the shocking news of my life. My father, who used to run a tea stall for a living, left us all alone and committed Suicide. I consider it as a major setback in life as we were left all alone without a backup. I was the eldest sibling in the family and I had three sisters and my mother to look after. So situations forced me to take up odd jobs at an early age. I started working in a local bakery for a meagre salary of Rs. 600 every month. Ten years down the line, I am here, running this Mobile accessory stall all on my own. I started with an investment of Rs. 7000 and today I am happy that I could provide for my family.
I got married in the year 2018 and I am thankful to my wife and friends who were of constant support throughout.
I am blessed with a baby boy and a girl and they are still toddlers right now. I don’t want them to face any uncertainty regarding the finances in the future so I am working hard to provide for their education.”
