“My name is Kudligi Sadgurunath and I am the founder and first volunteer of Team Sambhava, a foundation working for the welfare of the students and their academics. Our motto is to make education easy, fun filled, stress free and career-oriented for students at all levels.

The financial assistance I have received from a support group during college reignited my passion to give back to the society. I am also grateful for my parents who taught me the importance of education and values in life.

I started coaching students in orphanages during my college days with the help of my friends, Theertha and Bhargav, and never looked back from there. We initiated several social campaigns and programs for several years. After gaining experience working with well-known NGOs and Social groups, I have started Team Sambhava in 2016 with Ramchandra and Poorna (my BTech friends). From three members, our Team Sambhava has grown up to 400+ team members who are from different backgrounds today.

I have worked as a CSR lead and as a Member of Board of Directors in various companies, participating in critical decision-making processes. I have been striving for the past 15 years towards one goal of making the lives of students better and want to see smiles in students faces.

We aim to give every student the best possible start in life by supporting them to achieve their potential, allowing them to grow and develop their talents in a supportive environment. We emphasize on empowering students by sharing knowledge and mentoring them to reach their goals. More than thousand students have been benefitted from our programs like Vidya, Bodha, conducting mock interviews, social fest and Subash educational aid program. I would like to thank all our team members for their efforts and time in sharing knowledge to students.
