“I have been working with the Dosa Gaadi food court for over 11 years to support my family financially. I picked up the skill when I was studying in college. I want to work here for some more time and save more money before I could start a food court business soon. I make all sorts of dosas both veg and non-veg. However, our customers prefer to order the ghee karam dosa. I must say it’s the best seller along with the pizza dosa.

Coming to whether I have free time – well not really. However, I keep my mornings free to pursue other interests to keep myself motivated at work. I believe in proper planning in life and I am working hard toward my long-term goal which is to own a house. Suggestions to the youngsters? Well, I am not a big person but I really think age shouldn’t be a problem until one has the right skill in the area which they want to pursue in life. One should be consistent and success would surely come one day.
