“We are popularly known in this area for making jalebis, samosas and kachoris.
Currently, around 15 families are dependent on this trade and are continuing this family legacy.
It was our Chacha Ji, who initiated the process of making jalebis in this area and our stalls are popularly called High court jalebi dukaans as we are located just opposite the High Court.
Earlier, we used to pack the jalebi in banana leaves. Later we switched over to paper plates. Our jalebis are crisp and not too sugary
We serve the samosas and kachoris with two kinds of chutney —green chilli chutney and a red (sweet) one.
Our customers compliment the taste of our samosas and say the stuffing is filling, and the taste of the red chutney is heaven.
It’s because of the love and support of our customers that we are able to make an impact over generations and we will continue to maintain the same quality and taste in the future too so that we are remembered forever, in this Hyderabad City.”
