“Having migrated to New Zealand at a very young age, I didn’t know much about living in India. But I always loved Telugu films and wanted to do something in the industry; so, when I got an offer from a magazine in Hyderabad, I happily took it up. It was an impromptu decision but it worked well for me. It opened doors to so many more opportunities and also put me on the path towards cinema. It started with styling and interviewing celebrities; and eventually paved the way to writing and acting! I made my debut with Ranarangam. It was a fun experience. I learnt so much from everybody on the set. Currently, I’m shooting as a lead in a film and two web series. Things seem to be working out. Like they say, when you work towards your dreams – be it acting, painting or writing in my case – the universe conspires to make it a reality.”
