“I was born with dwarfism, and life has presented its own set of challenges because of it. But I’ve never let my height define what I can or cannot do. After finishing class 11, I had to leave college due to financial difficulties at home. I needed to contribute, so I started working at a mechanic’s workshop in Hyderabad. That’s where I learned everything about tyres—how to change them, fix punctures, all the small details. After four years of working there, I decided to start my own mobile tyre repair service here near Tilak road near BSNL office, Abids. It’s been 20 years now, and I haven’t looked back.

A flat tyre can ruin anyone’s day. Whether it’s nails, bad roads, or a damaged valve, it always seems to happen when you least expect it. That’s when people call me. I show up, take the tyre off the rim, patch it up, and get them back on the road.

I carry all my tools, a small air tank, and sometimes even a replacement tyre if needed. My day starts early, around 7 a.m., and I work until 6 p.m., but I’m always available for emergencies, even late at night. After work, I like to spend time with my kids or hang out with my friends. I don’t take many days off unless it’s really necessary. I love what I do—traveling around, meeting new people. It’s not just a job; it’s my way of helping others.”
