“I grew up in Betul, Madhya Pradesh, surrounded by a warm and supportive family environment. I wasn’t the best student at first, but the values my family instilled in me—kindness and determination—pushed me to improve. Over time, I went from being an average student to topping my class in high school, which taught me the importance of dreaming big.
Engineering wasn’t my first choice, but when my father suggested it, I decided to pursue computer science. After a lot of hard work, I cracked the GATE exam and got into NIT Allahabad for my MTech. There were plenty of challenges along the way, but my family’s unwavering support kept me going, and I eventually landed positions at companies like Qualcomm and PayPal.
My journey as a software developer at PayPal has been all about learning and dedication. I’ve embraced challenges and adapted along the way, and I always encourage others in the IT field to do the same.
Travel has become my escape, giving me a chance to reflect and find balance. Trips to the Himalayas, Ooty, and Coimbatore have left a deep impression on me, helping me recharge and reconnect with myself.
One of the toughest times in my life was when I was at Qualcomm and had an accident that left my leg in a cast. I love being on the move, so being stuck in one place, far from home in Hyderabad, was tough. I felt really down, and it started to affect my work too. But when I went back to my hometown, my parents helped me recover, both physically and mentally. A few months later, I was back on my feet, and things were even better than before. My parents’ belief in me made all the difference, pushing me to work harder and aim higher.
In today’s busy world, taking care of yourself is really important. Whether it’s through mindfulness or just spending time in nature, keeping your mind and soul in check should always be a priority.
A big milestone in my journey was growing my LinkedIn following over 60k in just three months. Sharing my thoughts on tech and starting a mentorship program has been incredibly rewarding. I’m passionate about helping others chase their dreams and break barriers in the industry.”
