Every day, cleaners at railway stations take on the important yet often unnoticed task of maintaining cleanliness across the premises. While their work may go unrecognized, it plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for the railway passengers.

“We cover several kilometers every shift and remind passengers not to throw trash on the tracks. Plastic waste can cause major damage to the rail system and harm the environment,” says one of the workers.

Although their job isn’t glamorous, these workers take great pride in contributing to a larger cause. “We may not always be in the spotlight, but we know how important our work is. We’re here to do our part in keeping the stations clean and safe,” they say.
