“I was born in Nellore, but my childhood was a journey across different cities because my father was in the banking sector. Eventually, we settled in Hyderabad, where I completed my education at St. Mary’s, Nallakunta, followed by St. Francis College and Kasturba Gandhi College. Life took an exciting turn when, soon after finishing my degree, I got married in an Arya Samaj ceremony—marking the start of a new chapter, filled with responsibilities and dreams.
My professional journey began in a software company, where I worked as a front office executive. I quickly realized my strength lay in leadership and people management. I pursued an MBA from IGNOU while working full-time, and this decision changed everything for me. It led me into the field of Human Resources, where I discovered my true passion—helping organizations and individuals.
As the HR Head at Halcyon Technologies, I witnessed firsthand how people shape a company. When I started, there were just 15 employees. Over the years, I played a key role in expanding the team to 200, establishing policies for growth, efficiency, and a strong workplace culture. It was a fulfilling role.
I often found myself questioning why so many professionals struggled with stress, work-life balance, and recurring health issues. Despite their success, many of them were physically and mentally exhausted. This thought never left me. I knew I wanted to do something meaningful in terms of health and well-being.
That’s when I thought Ayurveda would be the best approach to leading a healthy life. Ayurveda does not just treat symptoms; it addresses the root causes of ailments. I was fascinated by its potential to bring holistic healing to people’s lives. The more I learned, the more convinced I became that this was my true calling.
In 2016, I founded Jivaasri, a venture dedicated to spreading awareness about Ayurveda and natural healing. By 2018, I had fully immersed myself in this mission, traveling to Kerala to study Ayurvedic business models and therapeutic techniques. I also became a certified NLP practitioner, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection.
Wanting to extend my impact beyond a business, I established the Jivaasri Foundation in 2019. Through this initiative, we started conducting free medical camps and awareness programs in colleges, malls, and public spaces. Our goal was simple: to educate people about Ayurveda and show them that true healing doesn’t always come in the form of medication.
Then came the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a challenging time for us, especially since Ayurveda relies on touch-based therapies. But we adapted, finding new ways to reach people while ensuring safety. The struggle only strengthened my resolve to continue our mission.

At Jivaasri, our vision is to positively impact 500,000 lives in the next two years through education and Ayurvedic treatment. Expansion is starting with Tier-2 towns like Warangal. But I believe in growth with purpose—before opening a new branch, we ensure that at least 3,000 individuals in the area receive awareness and free medical support.
Beyond healthcare, I also co-founded WEAIM, a women’s organization that helps aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into reality. I believe that with the right guidance, women can scale their ventures quickly and successfully.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned one powerful lesson: success isn’t about reaching a single destination—it’s about the path you walk, the people you uplift, and the impact you leave behind. There will always be naysayers, but the key is to stay focused and keep pushing forward. My family has been my strongest support system, reminding me that when you have the right people by your side, anything is possible.”
