“It’s been over five years since I started my journey of seva (volunteering) and each stage holds a special place in my heart. Koti Deepotsavam, a devotional event during Karthika Masam, where one crore diyas are lit, is something I deeply cherish. Witnessing its rapid growth over the years feels like a divine blessing.
My role revolves around volunteering—assisting the crowd, arranging decorations, and getting creative with flower panels. From the beginning until the end, I adore every moment, especially when devotees from various places gather to witness and worship. I come here to volunteer for the arrangements around 3:30 p.m., putting in my share of volunteering, and wrap up around 10 p.m. We are committed to the cause, and manage to participate for the next ten days. Besides Koti Deepotsavam, I extend my service to other pilgrimages in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, such as Tirupati, Srisailam, Yadadri among many others as part of Sri Bramarambika Seva Samiti group.
Surprisingly, not once have I felt tired or stressed during seva. The passion I invest in my work always triumphs over any fatigue. I can only assure you that going through this process unveils both emotional and physical tranquility.”
