“I’ve always believed that life isn’t just about work—it’s about doing what you love. When you truly enjoy what you do, everything becomes an extension of that love.
Born and raised in Hyderabad, I studied B Com and later an MBA in HR and Accounts. But my journey didn’t stop there. I became an IB-trained teacher, pursued courses in child psychology, and was recognised as a torchbearer by the Grandqueens Club. Somewhere along the way, I also became a manifestation mentor, helping people visualise and work towards the life they want.

Teaching started unexpectedly when I helped my cousin set up a school. What was meant to be temporary turned into a 12-year passion. The love and trust of my students shaped me, teaching me patience and discipline. But after a while, I felt the need to step out of my comfort zone. That’s when I moved into corporate mentoring. Though I don’t teach full-time anymore, I still work with students, focusing on self-reflection, affirmations, and mind-body-soul connections.

Writing my book, The Thorned Flower, was a long-time dream. It explores self-love, boundaries, and emotional healing—lessons I’ve learned through my own journey. Using the metaphor of a flower, it talks about how setbacks shape us, helping us grow stronger.
Dance has also been a big part of my life. I started choreographing at 15 and later trained in Kathak. I now teach simple dance routines, especially for weddings and events. During the pandemic, I started Resin Art by Dakka, turning a small hobby into a business making keychains, wall clocks, and corporate gifts. I also host events as an MC and run Krutagnyaa, a community initiative supporting orphanages and distributing food in Hyderabad. Recently, I launched my own brand with a beautiful partner Annkeita, MentorStation—a one-stop space for mental health support, healing tools, and empowering products. In today’s fast-paced world, prioritising well-being is more important than ever.

The Accelerate Action theme for Women’s Day this year calls for collective efforts to drive gender equality and empower women to create lasting change in all spheres of life. Together, we rise, united in leadership, and progress for all women across the world.
Everything I do—mentoring, writing, dancing, art, and community work—connects back to one purpose: helping people grow and find fulfilment in their journey, just as I continue to do in mine.”
