“My culinary journey began as a young boy with a passion for cooking from the kitchen of my grandparents. Guided by my family, especially my dadi, I spent hours learning the art of cooking and asking countless questions.
Around the age of 16, I started experimenting with cooking and preparing meals for my family and friends. The positive feedback encouraged me to pursue Hotel Management from Amrapali College in Jaipur, a decision that marked the beginning of my journey. Having worked under different hotel chains throughout my career, I found happiness in creating dishes that bring joy to people’s lives.
Life took me through the bustling streets of Jaipur, Maharashtra, and Telangana. Now, working as the head chef at Hotel Padmawati Grand, every dish is a whispered tale, inviting connections.
Balancing my roles as a chef, consultant, and photographer is not easy. However, I firmly believe that a chef is always a chef, regardless of the various hats they wear. My love for food and my unwavering commitment to innovation and learning keep me going. Reading books, learning from renowned chefs, and staying abreast of global culinary trends are all integral aspects of my journey.
Reflecting on my journey, food is not just a profession; it’s my first love, my art, and a fascinating science. Throughout my career, the support from the superiors , and encouragement of my family fueled my passion to continue this flavorful adventure.”
