Looking back on our path, the birth of Mobbera Foundation stemmed from deeply personal struggles. Sandi and I were spurred by the challenges we faced and the oppressive weight of Section 377 on the LGBTQIA+ community. This injustice fueled our determination to create a platform for change—a platform rooted in advocacy, education, and, above all, love.

Among the milestones of our journey, one story shines brightly: Sai Pallavi’s. Her transformation from a volunteer to a department leader at Mobbera, alongside her career growth at ITC Bangalore, epitomizes the resilience and fortitude of the human spirit. Sai’s success is not hers alone; it reflects the collective strength and unwavering support within our community.
