“We are all best friends. I am David and I have completed my Masters from UK. I work as a legal advisor. She’s Sunanda, my colleague and she’s Lily, my church mate who’s also a photographer. Lily has already been to Lamakaan before. Usually our Saturday’s start with work and then we have the rest of the day to chill out. So have come here for a short break.

So far I have been to Charminar, Golconda Fort, Hussian Sagar, Ramoji Film City and a few other places. Usually on Saturday evenings, we go to pubs and have fun. I think people from Hyderabad are pretty friendly and outgoing. Sometimes I can’t communicate with people in their local language but I do understand. I love the local food here, right from Biriyani, Mandi, South India Thali, Shawarma, and Mirchi Bajji.

We recently visited Narsapur- Medak for a weekend drive on Dussehra day. Unfortunately, the forest was closed there but then we were able to make friends. Then we tried to discover a fort and to our surprise it was just a rock(laughs). We are usually busy with our everyday work but we are also looking forward to explore more interesting places in the near future. Hopefully, we could meet a lot of like-minded people here and get to know more about their culture.”
