“My love for motorcycles began when I was in 7th standard. I was fascinated by bikers riding through the streets in jackets, gloves, and helmets. They looked ready for something exciting, and I wanted to experience that too.
The first bike that caught my attention was the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Its rugged design and off-road capabilities stood out to me. When I turned 18, I worked hard to convince my parents to gift me the bike. It wasn’t easy, but my enthusiasm and persistence eventually paid off, and they agreed.
Once I got the Himalayan, I decided to make it truly my own. I added panniers, a top box, fog lights, a new headlight, and several other upgrades. I spent about ₹1.5 lakh on these modifications, making the bike more practical and ready for long rides.
My first ride on the Himalayan was to the Nallamala Forest. The winding roads and quiet surroundings made it an unforgettable trip. That ride introduced me to a new world of biking, and I began connecting with other riders and joining biking communities.
Over the years, I have participated in numerous rides with different biking communities across the country. One of the most memorable rides I’ve been part of was with the Telangana Tourism group to Nirvana Buddha Vanam. Riding with others who shared the same passion made it special. The journey wasn’t just about the destination, it was about the people and experiences along the way.
While I’ve enjoyed every ride and the memories I’ve made, I still dream of owning the BMW S1000RR and the Ducati Multistrada. They’re exceptional bikes, and owning them would be a milestone in my journey.
For me, motorcycling is more than just riding. It’s about the places I visit, the people I meet, and the stories I collect along the way. From my first trip to Nallamala to the many adventures I hope to have, my passion for biking continues to grow. And the journey doesn’t end here; it’s only just begun.”
