“I have been a full-time artist for more than two decades now. I certainly feel the cultural landscape of Hyderabad is changing rapidly and it is pushing its boundaries every time with new art initiatives.
Talking about my current art project, Hope Kosmos aims to engage with the community and use art as a medium to heal and bring people together and promote positivity and hope. It all began when the Covid 19 pandemic struck the world last year. Our project’s vision is to emerge as a space for creative initiatives with learning resources, knowledge sharing and will be a place for art, spirituality and wellness. We intend to create a support system for creative communities and support charity partners related to art projects.
I am extremely grateful for all the supporters and artists who took part in the event. Even the prominent personalities from the Telugu Film fraternity-like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Lakshmi Manchu, Allu Aravind, Shobu Yarlagadda, Neha Shetty, Sushmita Konidala, Allu Bobby, Shilpa Reddy, Deepti Reddy, Sudha Reddy, Regina and others supported the art project. My heartfelt thanks to them for coming out to endorse this initiative. I must also thank Lakshmi Nambiar, the director of Shrishti Art Gallery for coming forward to present the Hope Kosmos art project. My special thanks to retired IAS officer B.P. Acharya for supporting my art project.
I truly believe that everyone is an artist and should try some art practice every day as a way of life. It certainly helps in many ways to make life peaceful and joyful!”
