“I am Latha, an artist from Hyderabad. I received an amazing response for my live painting of Khairatabad Ganesh Murti Sri Vishwashanti Mahashakti Ganapati 2025. It took me almost four hours to complete this heartfelt painting amidst the huge crowd. Every year I visit Khairatabad during Ganesh Chaturthi, but creating art live this time made it truly special.

I started my art journey because I’ve always loved expressing myself through colors and creativity. What began as a hobby slowly became my passion and now a big part of my life. I enjoy exploring different styles like Rangoli, painting, and drawing, and every artwork teaches me something new.
My family has been my biggest support. My mom, my sister, and my brother-in-law have always encouraged me and stood by my side. Their love gives me the strength to continue, and every artwork I create carries a piece of that support.
For me, art is not just about making something beautiful; it is about telling a story and expressing emotions. When I draw or paint, I feel calm, happy, and connected to myself.
In the olden days, there were no phones or cameras. When a king wanted to preserve his memory, he would call an artist to draw his portrait. That shows how important art was in our culture. Today, even in 2025, I want to bring back that respect and show people that art is not just decoration—it is culture, history, and emotion.

Many schools still don’t have art subjects or books, and children miss out on learning it. I want to show that art has value, builds culture, and can inspire.”
