You know, I have been running this stall here at Kompally Road for a while now. Our customers are mostly the office goers and students who come here for a quick evening snack.

Well, when it comes to my business, with god’s grace, it’s going fairly well at the moment. However, there will few days where there isn’t enough profit.

Before this, I had worked in a hostel as a chef. But I have had plans to start something on my own for a long time and that’s how I have set up this Bhajji stall business here. To keep pace, my wife’s sister helps me in the process. My wife had passed away and that’s certainly one of the toughest phases of my life.

I have two children and both of them support me within their free time. As we started this business amidst the pandemic, we certainly have to be more careful with the preparation and storage. We are following all the Covid protocols by wearing masks and maintaining hygiene. I just wanted to say one thing to people – Just don’t give up! Yes, the pandemic had impacted every one of us but we must try to work our ways to love forward in life.”
