“My name is Yadanna, and I’ve been driving trucks for many years. It’s a tough job, but it’s what I do, and I’m grateful for the support we’ve received along the way. My brother, Mahesh Goud-who I consider like my son—started Mana Truck Vlogs on YouTube, and other social media platforms. It’s because of him, people from all over are watching our life on the road. We don’t do anything special, just share what it’s like being truck drivers, and people seem to connect with that.
I’ve traveled all across the country—north to south, east to west, and even to Nepal for loading and unloading. Recently, we went to Kashmir, and that was a trip I’ll never forget. Driving through the snow-covered mountains, the fresh air—it was like being in a different world. It’s moments like that which remind me of why I love what I do.
Being a truck driver isn’t easy. You have to be alert all the time, dealing with traffic, rough roads, and the weather. Our truck becomes our home on long trips. We cook our own meals—simple stuff like rice and dal—on a small stove and sleep in the cabin. It’s nothing fancy, but it keeps us going.
The vlogs we post show the real side of what it’s like to be on the road. People seem to like that. It’s not polished or edited too much—just our everyday lives. But what I’m proud of is the work we do, making sure goods get where they need to be and keeping the country moving.”
