“Every time I watched my father work hard for us, I would think that one day I’ll earn a decent living and make my family members proud. However, things didn’t go as planned in my career.
I packed my bags and left my hometown at the tender age of 16 after my class 10. Luckily, a kind gentleman offered me a job in his tea stall at the counter section. I worked hard to contribute my bit to my family during those difficult times.
I took up every small work that came my way for the next five years and that’s how I was able to set up my own soda stall here. It’s not easy to stay away from the family for so many years but I am doing it to take responsibility for my sibling’s education
Talking about my business, it’s going very well nowadays because of the summer season. However, the rates of lemon are skyrocketing every day. Currently, it’s Rs. 2500 per bag.
Well, talking about the business, I suffer losses once in a while, but that won’t deter me from moving forward. Every day is a new start for me and I am staying hopeful to achieve my goals one day. Apart from running this soda business, I also do natural farming in my village in Vikarabad after the summer season ends. With all my savings, I am planning to start a small restaurant in the future which could eventually help a few people like me to provide employment.”
