“To this day, it was always the struggles that helped me push forward and dream big in life. I was born in a small farmers’ family in the Nawada district in Bihar. My parents had to work hard financially to make ends meet. While I was in school, I used to perform dramas and plays. The applause which I received encouraged me to pursue theatre arts along with my mainstream education. I was good at math and also topped the district during my class 10.

During my college, I urged myself to become an actor. I took up every opportunity which came my way and performed several characters and that’s how I kickstarted my theatre journey.

I have traveled across different places but I would say my current visit to Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad was a fairytale, to say the least. I have seen several film sets and literally walked through everything taking a tour of various shooting spots. It was truly a great feeling indeed.

I am an ardent fan of Vicky Kaushal and Sushant Singh Rajput who entered into the film industry without any film background but eventually made their mark in the industry. The film, MS Dhoni – The Untold Story will always be my favorite as it has taught me to never give up on the dream despite the challenges that come our way. Well, I certainly connected myself.

I am currently pursuing
B.Sc from Hindu College in Delhi but I travel across different states during the holidays to perform theatre plays. I know it takes a lot of struggle, dedication, and consistency to make it big but I am one step closer every day to achieving my dreams.”
