“My interest in music developed in childhood. I remember performing to ‘Baby’- a song by Justin Bieber which was in trend back then and the response I’ve received was unforgettable. I realized that I should develop my vocals and make singing a daily activity, practising new songs, listening to them and creating them.

After this, I was learning about what composition means and my father being in the same industry as a cameraman helped me. My friends with common interests came together and we learned about different software composing different kinds of beats. I started practising in FL Studio by doing some cords, beat production, and aligning a melody to them.

During my initial stage, I used to write but then I collaborated with one of my lyricist-friend using my tracks and discussed various concepts, simplifying, etc. Currently, I do composition and music programming.

My inspiration in music was Akon, he is a black artist whose songs are a vibe later Vivek Sagar, AR Rahman and these artists made a huge impact on my music career. My go-to inspiration will be my vibe and that’s what will put out in my work.

I was also interested in Film Making and wanted to pursue arts. I am an alumnus of Loyola College in Mass Communication course. My college has a studio which was an advantage to me for production and software and it certainly helped me in my music production. I composed and released a few songs named Manasila, Neevega, Chitram and Tara on different streaming platforms like Spotify, amazon music, jio, saavan, youtube, and iTunes. Also, I did a background score for a feature film i.e released in Sony Liv, and composed music for 2 independent films released in Hungama, Mx player.

I was struggling with my health issues as it became severe regarding my kidney and I’ve used medical steroids. After my 1st year in college, I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis of the hip and it got worse. I struggled mentally with my emotions but music helped me through and the response from the audience was the one keeping my inner-self alive. My family has always been extremely supportive in my life and throughout my musical journey.

My future aim is to become an independent artist, but I’ve been receiving chances in films and I can’t let it go as it is a bigger picture and I don’t want to overshadow the independent artist in me.”
