“I never expected Rajaya Vlogs to become what it is today. It all started as a small idea to capture the friendship between Rajaya and Laxmaiah, two friends from my village, New Gundlapalli Village in Yadagiri Gutta Mandal of Telangana. I’ve known them since I was a kid-Rajaya is now 80, and Laxmaiah is 70. They’ve been close for decades, working side by side in the fields and sharing their lives like family.
When I began sharing their stories on Instagram and YouTube, I wasn’t sure how people would react. I just wanted to show the beauty of their friendship and the simple life they lead. Through Rajaya Vlogs, I’ve been able to share more than just their bond. It’s a glimpse into our village life-how we work, celebrate, and stay connected to each other. Whether it’s farming in the fields, cooking meals, or sitting together and talking, each video shows the way life flows here. Nothing is planned; it’s all natural and real.
In the past year, the response has been incredible. People from cities, towns, and even other countries have connected with our content. Many say it reminds them of their grandparents, their roots, or memories of visiting their villages. This support has inspired me to take Rajaya Vlogs full-time, dedicating all my time and effort to showing more of what makes village life so special.
What started as a way to share the friendship of two elders has now grown into something much bigger. It’s about sharing the culture of village life-our values, traditions, and relationships. Their story represents the way people here live, and it’s something that deserves to be shared with the world.
To everyone who has supported us on Instagram, YouTube, or in any other way, a big thank you! Your encouragement keeps me motivated. As long as Rajaya and Laxmaiah continue their beautiful friendship, I’ll keep sharing their world with you.”
