Meet Afzal Muskan, a resident of Bhatpally Gram Panchayat in Asifabad, whose gesture during the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations left a lasting impact in their village.

“In our village, we’ve always come together to participate in all major festivals together, and this year’s Ganesh Chaturthi was no different. I felt honored to win the laddu auction for ₹13,216. But rather than keeping it for ourselves, I decided to share it with everyone, regardless of their background for the prosperity of our village.
Festivals of our country, whether it’s Ganesh Chaturthi or Milad un Nabi or others, provide an opportunity to strengthen the bonds within our community. They remind us that mutual respect and compassion are the foundations of a peaceful society, where we can all celebrate together, irrespective of our religious affiliations.”
