Funnily, the business of the same is rather gloomy. About 15 years ago, when I started selling flowers, there was a better profit margin because the investment was lesser. Today, transportation, fertilizer and rent of the shop itself cost so much, there’s very little money to make. It’s only during the festive season that there’s some hope to earn money. People don’t buy flowers on a regular basis anymore. I wonder if anybody looks for happiness in these little things… Or even admires or acknowledges the existence of beautiful things in nature like flowers. Everybody is busy loving smartphones and concrete towers. Look at how the world has changed. ”
