“My name is Aman, and I’m from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. I’ve been walking for over 28 Days now to Hyderabad to meet Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi Sahab. The total distance from Aligarh to Hyderabad is approximately 1,450 kilometers and right now, I’m in Armoor, Telangana, still about 200 kilometers away. The journey has been long and tough, but I’m determined to keep going.
I started this walk because I really respect Owaisi Sahab and wanted to meet him in person. I want to understand his thoughts on making society better and see how his work inspires people. His tireless work for justice, equality, and the progress of society has earned him respect in Indian politics, and he has inspired many by highlighting the importance of representation and raising important social and political issues.
I walk about 30 kilometers every day, carrying just what I need. Some days are really hard—the sun is hot, my body aches, and my feet get sore. There are moments when I feel completely exhausted and wonder if I can make it, but thinking about meeting him keeps me moving.
People along the way have been very kind. They’ve offered water, food, and words of encouragement, and that has helped me keep going. When I reached Adilabad, local AIMIM leaders and workers welcomed me warmly and appreciated my journey. That really lifted my spirits and reminded me why I started.
I still have a long way to go to Hyderabad, but each day brings me a little closer. This walk isn’t just about reaching a destination—it’s about testing myself, learning patience, and sticking to something that matters to me.”
