“Success isn’t about resources; it’s about resilience.
This line has stayed with me through every stage of my journey.
I’ve been into sports since childhood. My days began at 5 AM with kabaddi, rugby, and traditional martial arts. Fitness wasn’t a goal—it was life. Climbing trees, wrestling with friends, and physical training through Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh from my 5th standard built my discipline and strength.
When I joined B.Tech in ECE in 2018, I was already into workouts, but college made me take fitness seriously. I completed a personal training certification and started working as a freelance trainer while studying. Balancing both was tough, but I loved it.
Your body can stand almost anything—it’s your mind you have to convince.
There were financial struggles, long training hours, and moments of doubt. But fitness gave me the mental and physical strength to keep going. My family was unsure of my career path at first, but over time, my dedication changed their minds.

During training, I was introduced to powerlifting. My coaches shaped me into who I am today. Powerlifting isn’t just about strength; it’s discipline, technique, and years of consistency. I began competing in district and national championships, slowly improving my numbers.
My defining moment came in 2024 when I won gold in the National Bench Press and Deadlifting Championship by WPC. Lifting 200 kg wasn’t just a number—it was years of work and belief coming together.

Powerlifting has given me confidence, focus, and mental toughness. On the platform, it’s you versus the weight—nothing else. I teach the same mindset to my clients.
As a trainer, I work with students, professionals, athletes, and many women dealing with PCOD/PCOS. Strength training transforms health, regulates hormones, boosts metabolism, and builds confidence.
My message: don’t rely only on cardio. Strength training, good nutrition, and consistency give real results. Small daily efforts matter more than extreme routines.
Today, at 23, I stand as a powerlifter, a coach, and someone who wants to make India stronger, one lift at a time.”
