“Every year, we come to ISKCON Abids for Krishna Janmashtami. It has become a tradition for our family, and our daughters especially look forward to it because they love dressing up.

They get excited about their clothes, jewellery and all the little details, and I love seeing them dressed as little Krishna devotees. But once we reach the temple, the puja and darshan are what make the day truly special for us. We spend some time praying together and taking in the festive atmosphere.

This year is even more special with ISKCON Temple Abids celebrating its Golden Jubilee Year. For us, it is another beautiful Janmashtami to be part of — and another set of memories with my girls that I’ll always cherish.”
