“I’m Andy Brown, a British artist known worldwide for my passion for capturing the essence of sporting events through live art. Over the past decade, I’ve been on an incredible journey, painting in ballparks and stadiums across 16 different countries.
My live painting sessions during games always attract a lot of attention, bringing smiles to fans, players, and everyone around. Today, I’m excited to be at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, painting the live art of India vs. England test match. The atmosphere here is absolutely electric, and I can’t wait to dig into some authentic Hyderabadi dum biryani.

This is my first time painting a cricket match in India, and it’s been about 12 years since I last visited this incredible country. I’ve always wanted to come back, and now that I’m here, I’m excited to capture the vibrant culture, beauty, history, and the passionate people of India through my paintings. I want to capture every aspect of this enriching experience – the sounds, the cheers, the fluttering flags, and the passionate fans.
Talking about my past work, in 2019, I accomplished something extraordinary – visiting all 30 MLB ballparks in a single season, painting the action live as it unfolded before me. My work has been recognized by sporting authorities and media outlets worldwide, including features on BBC News and Fox Sports, and even a nod from Buckingham Palace. Having painted in all sorts of environments, I can adapt to any setting to create my original artwork.”
