“I am Chhaya, I play several roles every single day from a mother to an employee to a homemaker to community head and a content creator.

After becoming a mother myself, I left my 9 to 6 MNC to take care of my kid and in the meantime realised there is a lack of correct information on parenting and support systems for most of the mothers in the city. I started Hyderabad Moms which is a Parenting Support Community. It is a forum for pregnant women and mothers living in Hyderabad to connect, taking suggestions on different aspects related to parenting, recipes, health, fitness, shopping, peer-to-peer support, social work and women empowerment.

It certainly helped many women and today we have grown as a family reaching close to 75 k community members across all platforms.

As a content creator, one has to plan upcoming content for the community and pages way ahead of time. It certainly takes a lot of brainstorming and effort right from planning for the live events, script writing, shoots editing and so much more.

Fortunately, I am surrounded by some amazing people who inspire and motivate me to do better and better in life.

Consistency and hard work is the key to success in every field and the same is with content creation also. Focus on long-term and short-term goals. Be genuine, don’t try to be someone you are not is what I would say to become an established content creator.”
