“Ganesh Chaturthi is my favourite festival of the year. Amma brings home a Ganesha idol every year and after doing Puja, we will keep the Ganesha at home itself. But this time, we are going to immerse him in water in our garden because it is going to convert into a plant. I don’t know how, but amma told that it’s a Plantable Ganesha from Plan-a-Plant with seeds in it. I have never tried that before but I am happy and excited because I love plants, especially flower plants. I hope our Ganesha will grow into a big flower plant. During Ganesh Chaturthi, Amma makes a lot of dishes but my favourite will always be Laddu and Pulihora. Akka likes Kudumulu the most. This time, we are also happy because Nanna is at home. Usually he goes for shooting so we miss him every time during Ganesh chaturthi but this year due to Corona virus, he is also at home. Akka and I worked hard to decorate our house and we are also matching with our new clothes. This year, we are praying to Lord Ganesha to heal this world from the ongoing pandemic.
