We are exclusively known for making special Rajasthani jalebis, samosas and kachoris. These jalebis are popularly called High court jalebis. There’s no trade secret as such in our business. It’s the love and trust shown by our customers that motivates us to be consistent with our recipes. We stick to the traditional Rajasthani style of cooking. There are around 12 families who depend on this trade. We are all cousins doing this business for over 50 years now.
