“People forget me after a few seconds because I am just an ordinary man trying to work hard with a smile traveling almost a hundred kilometers every day. But I never can forget every single passenger I meet as they are the reason that I am able to support my family. I have to find out people who look tired or bored while traveling and serve them the best aloo samosas along with the sauce/chutney for just 8 rupees a serving.

I have been in this line of work for close to a decade now. Many of my extended family members have been associated with small businesses like these for a very long time and I followed their path to make my living.

My policy in life is to enjoy whatever I do in life no matter how hard the work can be and be courteous to others. I always make sure I sell quality food to railway passengers and am genuine with my business. It is quite alright even if I don’t make a large sum of money but I have my conscience to answer at the end of the day and I can’t go against that.”
